There's lots of super awesome people that make up our team. We couldn't do it without all these staff and volunteers (plus the many other volunteers who help us out so often). Thank you all!
The Mid Day with Joel & ZION Host
Joel was born and raised in Milford, CT and has lived in several US States; Sydney, Australia; and currently, Fredericton, which he proudly calls home! For years he specialized in Christian Education and Worship Arts Ministries in large, thriving churches leading diverse volunteer teams, developing young leaders, and managing staff.
He holds a B.A. in Communications from University of Connecticut; Masters degree in Education from AIU; and a certificate in Worship Ministry from Hillsong International Leadership College. This collective education experience paired with a variety of work experience serves Joel well as he seeks to lead, drive vision, and encourage his team, as well as, all who listen and support JOY.
For Joel, leading, serving alongside, and working with his staff and team of volunteers are life giving. When he’s not busy networking around the city, making new friends, or thinking of the next creative steps for JOY, you can often find him having a blast hosting “The Live Drive Home” & “ZION”.
Director of Production
Host of "One Saturday Morning"
Being born and raised in Fredericton, Aaron wanted to spend his later years with his wife Samantha in Ottawa, and Halifax until they had their first born, Anna. Finally moving back
home to be around family, they had their second child, Shay.
Being a media and tech soul, Aaron has placed himself around environments where he can create. From his timetable at Apple Inc., or producing, recording, editing music, and video, Aaron has always surrounded himself in that digital age. From his highlights and gifts he had been given, he created a YouTube channel with his wife where they Vlog their life to ultimately create a time capsule for their children. They are MarriednParented.
Aaron has a new love of Christ, and an overwhelmingly support group of friends at his local church. When he’s not volunteering at his church, plugged away at Joy, or his next creative project, you may find him around town with his family, building adventures with a camera in his face, and his beautiful family. Or watching reality TV or wrestling. Yes, WWE, the fake kind.
Welcome Aaron to the Joy Network!
Administration & Social Media
Le grew up in Alberta and married a dashingly handsome man named Jason. After living in Ontario for 3 years, he moved her the rest of the way across the country to New Brunswick because you know what they say - Maritimers always return to the Maritimes at some point in their lives. Le is a mom to 4 beautiful children - Matthew, Emily, Rebekah and Victoria who keep her very, very busy.
Le has a Bachelors Degree in Arts with a minor in Management. She enjoys organizing events to bring people together and volunteering at church and in the community whenever she can. Le loves to sing and play the piano and one day, she is hoping to conquer the cello.
Le loves food and loves to cook. You better not sit next to her when you eat because her favorite food is 'your food'. Aside from eating, she loves the passion and care that Joy exemplifies and is looking forward to help bring great things to this city and province through the Joy Network.

Good Mornings with Davie Host
Davie was born and raised right here in Freddy Beach and a proud graduate of good ole Fredericton High School. He is happily married to his wonderful wife, Kimberley of more than a dozen years and they are parents to four (yes four) beautiful daughters (Ceywanna, Cyndi, Grace & Acadia).
"The Giant Ginger" loves most sports with hockey (NY Islanders) being his favorite. Though some would say he is a crazy Disney fan (he is), he enjoys camping in the summer, ATV'ing any chance he can, volunteering as a member of the Marysville Y Service Club, and can be found encouraging and being that friendly face to greet and meet you at his home church of Marysville Baptist.
As the "Good Mornings with Davie" host, he brings lots of enthusiasm, silliness, fun and "get up and at'ems " to start your day off right. Tune in to get your morning fix of "Birthday Wishes", "Days to Celebrate", the MBC "Joke of the day", along with special guests.
Other than Joel, Davie has been with the Joy Network the longest, and would say it is a privilege to uplift, encourage, and bless all his listeners each and every day. If he can put a smile on at least one face each day, he has done his part to shine a light for Christ in this world. He would also say "he loves y'all".
"Smile, someone could use one!"
